First Ballet

Class for those who have no experience of ballet. You can learn how to stretch your bodies for ballet.

Introduction to Ballet

Class for from those who have experience of ballet to who are on the basic level.

Intensive Basic Ballet

In addition to the bar lesson, the center floor lesson is performed. You can intensively review the basics of ballet. This class is recommended for those who aim to step up from First Ballet and who want to learn the basics thoroughly.

Class for those who have around one-year-experience of ballet, or who want to review the basics of ballet.

Ballet for Beginners

Around three-year ballet experience is required. This class aims to proceed from the basics to the next level.

Step-up from beginners is the goal of this class. You can take this class as a preparation for wearing pointe shoes.

Intermediate Ballet

Around five-year ballet experience is required. Beginners for pointe shoes are recommended to take this class.

Upper Intermediate Ballet

This class is recommended for those who have around ten-year ballet experience.

First Pointe

Class for introduction to pointe shoes. After the lesson in ballet shoes, pointe work is instructed focusing on lifting up your body and strengthening your ankles that are essential in wearing pointe shoes.

Basic Pointe

You are supposed to wear pointe shoes from the beginning of the class. The goal of this class is to master the pointe work through both bar and center floor lesson. Those who don't have much experience of pointe shoes can also wear ballet shoes.

Pointe for Beginners

Wearing pointe shoes, both bar and center floor lesson is performed. You can take bar lesson not only in pointe shoes but in ballet shoes. In the center lesson, you can practice basic ballet routines such as echappe and padebure.

Intermediate Pointe

Class for those who have experience of pointe shoes. In the center floor lesson, you can practice movements such as developpe and manege.

After bar lesson, practice for a variation is performed. You can learn one variation for a month. (Both ballet shoes and pointe shoes are OK)

After bar lesson, practice for a variation is performed. Other than variations, you can also learn repertoires (dance with three or four people) in this class. (Both ballet shoes and pointe shoes are OK)

The class for children aged from 3 to 6. (Pre-grade schooler only)

If you want to be healthy and beautiful, or want to train your muscles to get appropriate body for dancing, you can take this body-conditioning class. Training your body core based on pilates method, you can enjoy bar lesson and exercises. Let’s get muscles for dance!

In this class, we aim to revitalize the cells through yoga breathing and posing. By boosting your metabolism, you can make your body easy to lose weight and difficult to gain. Caring about your own personality and others' ones, we aim to have healthy body and soul.

Pilates for Beginners

By training muscles that are in the deep part of your body, you can get positive effects for diet and also get remedy for such as a stiff neck and backache. Lessons are given following a theme which is different each month. People who want to strenghen their trunks are especially welcomed.
